TheFront AT3 Tactical 9" M-LOK is a lightweight floating bed for the AR15 Mil-Spec carbine, with M-Lok mounting holes, Picatinny rail and 2 bolts that guarantee a rigid and reliable mount. If you are planning to upgrade your carbine to improve its ergonomics or reduce its weight, one of the main components to start with is, of course, the carbine's bed. The grip affects not only the weight of the carbine, it is also responsible for shooting comfort and the ability to expand the weapon with additional shooting accessories. TheAT3 Tactical 9" M-Lok bed has a lightweight self-supporting construction (free-floating) made of 6061 aluminum alloy. The bed has a slim and low profile and fine finger cutouts, which allows you to build a stable and comfortable grip with the c-clamp technique. The bed has milled M-Lok holes (at 3,6 and 6 o'clock), which allow mounting additional shooting accessories such as an angle grip, Picatinny rails, flashlight, etc. A Picatinny rail is routed along the entire length of the back, which connects to the breech chamber rail into a unified whole. The Picatinny rail has ventilation holes, which are responsible for heat dissipation during shooting and reduce the weight of the bed. The bed is attached to the barrel nut with 2 self-locking screws. To increase the rigidity and reliability of the assembly, the bed has 2 side bolts to prevent backlash. The surface of the bed has undergone a hard anodizing process, which protects the aluminum from oxidation, hardens its surface and partially protects it from scratches. This is important for firearm parts, as they are affected by acidic gunpowder gases. The kit includes the components necessary to mount the bed on the weapon: AT3 Tactical 9" bed, M-Lok rail with 5 sockets, nut wrench (for torque wrench), barrel nut, set of screws and 2 allen wrenches. Note: The bed fits any Mil-Spec standard AR15 carbine with a low-profile gas block. Internal diameter of the barrel nut: 28,9 mm (fits barrels of 25,4 mm diameter). Installation of the bed requires appropriate tools and knowledge of the weapon's construction, so it is recommended that its replacement/installation be done by a gunsmith.
