DAM MAD CHOD HOROG. This hook has a slightly outward-facing eye, a micro beard and a matte coating that makes the surface smoother and glare-free, making it even easier to snatch and better conceal. Designed for Chod fittings and rigid, monofilament and fluorocarbon pre-blues. The outward-sloping hook eye (when using a rigid bib) allows the hook shank to follow the straightness of the bib, thus increasing the jam. Using MAD TOUCHDOWN WITHY CURVA'N BEADS, MAD TOUCHDOWN CHOD & HELI SYSTEM, or MAD TOUCHDOWN LINE ALIGNER, you can achieve an even safer hitch. It is especially recommended in waters where the mouths of the fish are softer because they are not primarily fed on mussels.
