The knife's head was forged from D2 steel, which combines exceptionally high dulling resistance with good stainless steel.
Thanks to the spear-point blade, the Kershaw Iridium has dagger-like penetration properties, which is very good. Simply put, this is a tool for stabbing rather than cutting. The blade is satin-finished.
Kershaw Iridium folding knife - thumb stud and double-sided locking mechanism.
The folder can be opened with a thumb stud on both sides. The DuraLock lock, similar to the otherwise familiar Axis Lock, is also double-sided. The system uses an omega-type spring and is widely considered to be very secure. The lock is placed in such a position that it can be operated comfortably with the thumb.
The system shows the gross selling price including the currently effective VAT in Hungary.
