-Lansky Curved Blade Hones HRSET 4 pcs is a set of stones specially designed for sharpening knives with an inward curved edge, e.g. kukris, karambits, hawkbills and blackbirds.
The stones have 4 different gradations, enabling practically all actions related to sharpening the blade, i.e. repairing the angle, initial sharpening, quick sharpening, as well as final smoothing.
Grade 120 is used to sharpen heavily dull edges as well as repair and bring out a new cutting edge.
Grit 280 is used to pre-sharpen very dull cutting edges.
The 600 gradation is used for proper sharpening and polishing as well as quick sharpening of slightly dull cutting edges.
The 1000 gradation is used for final polishing and giving the cutting edge a final sharpness.
The stones are mounted in a polymer housing with an ergonomic shape, equipped with a brass threaded insert for the guide (not included).
