-Walther Pro Rescue is an advanced rescue knife equipped with a serrated blade, an emergency glass breaker and an extendable blade for cutting seat belts. The knife uses a large (95 mm) drop-point blade made of 12C27 stainless steel . This Swedish stainless steel has high hardness, good wear resistance, and regular carbide distribution, which guarantees a smooth and efficient cut. It is worth noting that the Sandvik 12c27 steel blade can be sharpened even with a pocket ceramic sharpener. Combo blade The cutting edge is partially serrated , which is especially important in emergency situations, because the rescuer is often forced to cut fibrous materials, e.g. tapes, clothes, ropes, etc. material. An enlarged disk is used to unfold the blade, which allows the knife to be operated with gloves. The cutters on the back of the blade act as a ramp for the thumb or index finger, thus facilitating the operation of the knife.
