Corrosion-resistant steel The full-size, 94 mm long blade is made of the popular 440A stainless steel , which is highly resistant to damage and corrosion. The steel used has a low retention (ability to maintain sharpness), which perfectly compensates for the ease and speed of sharpening. Such properties of steel make the Elite Force EF157 targeted at less demanding users and people who are just starting their adventure with outdoor and EDC. Katana style blade The slender blade with Japanese tanto profile has a satin finish for an elegant style. Tanto provides effective penetration and good cutting properties, but it should be remembered that sharpening a blade with such a profile is more time-consuming and requires more time. Ball-bearing blade The blade can be easily and quickly unfolded with one hand using an enlarged flipper or a double-sided pin.
