The Fenix BC25R is a lightweight 600 lumen radius bike light with a range of 106 m, designed specifically for use in urban environments.The compact body of the flashlight is made of anodized aluminium, which allows for proper heat dissipation and provides protection against rain and dust (IP66 rating). Thanks to its small size, light weight and quick release function, the Fenix BC25R can also be used as a standard handheld flashlight. The above mentioned bike flashlight has a quick release function. To do this, simply press the locking lever and slide the flashlight out of the clamp.Optical SystemThe Fenix BC25R flashlight uses a CREE XP-G3 diode light emitting a maximum luminous flux of 600 lumens in a range of 106 m. The light is produced in a neutral color , does not tire the eye, provides faithful color rendition and the ability to detect additional details in night vision conditions. Unlike conventional bicycle flashlights, the optical system is designed not to dazzle other road users . The specially designed reflector (orange peel) has an innovative cut-off line that blocks the top of the beam. As a result, the flashlight illuminates only the path through the wheel up to the height of the steering wheel without adversely affecting the vision of drivers and pedestrians. The maximum light range is 106 m , which ensures excellent visibility in urban conditions and the ability to react early to traffic situations. Power supply The power source is a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh , which provides 2 hours of operation time after charging in maximum 600 lumen mode and 36 hours in 50 lumen low mode. The battery is charged via the micro USB port , so you don't need to worry about buying a charger or spare batteries. We can control the battery charge level thanks to the LED indicator , which informs us in a simple and legible way about the power status. When switched on again, the flashlight is automatically activated in this mode (memory function). The low battery warning is automatically activated when the set voltage level drops (flashing LED on the battery level indicator). The flashlight is also equipped with overheat protection in turbo mode . To reduce the temperature, the controller reduces the brightness by a few lumens, which allows the turbo mode to be reactivated.AssemblyThe kit includes a sturdy handlebar grip for a bicycle handlebar and two spacers to prevent the flashlight from twisting.
