TheGanzo Firebird FH41S-OR is a compact version of a minimalist everyday knife equipped with a D2 tool steel head, the popular liner-lock and slim liners made of lightweight and durable G10 laminate. The head, with a typical working drop-point profile (flat grind), has an optimal length of 88mm, allowing the knife to handle most tasks you'll face on a daily basis. The blade is made of tough and durable D2 tool steel hardened to 58-60 HRC. D2 is the most corrosion-resistant carbon steel, which features high resistance to abrasion, long maintenance of working sharpness and aggressive cutting. When sharpening, it is recommended to use diamond sharpeners, which significantly speed up the whole process. For unfolding the blade with one hand there is a milled flipper, convenient for both right- and left-handed people. Transverse milling used on the back of the blade (thumb ramp) allows the thumb to rest surely and guide the blade steadily. When the blade is unfolded, it is locked with the popular liner-lock, a mechanism valued for its strength and comfort. The knife's handle is formed by simple liners made of black G10 laminate, a material resistant to mechanical impact, heat and some active chemicals. The knife weighs only 101 grams, so it does not weigh down our pocket and does not cause discomfort during daily carrying. The deep-set clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket.
