The glue contains pheromone for attracting Ephestia and Plodia moths: - Mediterranean meal moth (Ephestia kuehniella) - Indian meal moth (Plodia interpunctella) - Cocoa moth (Ephestia elutella) - Almond moth (Ephestia cautella) for the specific pheromone. The trapped males will not be able to fertilise the female moths and will therefore stop the life cycle of the moths.
