This Chinese steel has a good corrosion resistance and hardening compared to AUS6.The 8Cr13MoV steel blade is perfect for everyday use due to its corrosion resistance, good sharpness and easy sharpening, for which a pocket stone is sufficient.Functional bladeThe blade with a useful cutting profile with a drop point is a very practical design, a so-called stone washing, which is performed when the blade is bathed in gravel or small grinding stones. The resulting irregular structure hides scratches and abrasions very well during use.Thanks to the use of a sharp point, a flat cut and a cutting edge with a gentle curvature, the knife has good cutting and penetration properties and the blade does not stick to the material to be cut.
