D2 is the most corrosion-resistant carbon steel, characterised by high wear resistance, long working life and aggressive cutting.When choosing a knife made of this steel, it is advisable to obtain a diamond sharpener, as sharpening with a standard ceramic steel stone can be very labour-intensive and inefficient.OperationA narrow blade can be used with a tipped profile, this is the narrower part of the back and the mart ramp that allows stable support of the thumb. The good cutting properties of the knife are due to the concave shape and the use of a cutting edge with a gentle curvature.The blade is finished using two techniques: the amphibian is coated with a grey PVD wear-resistant coating (gas phase coating) , the (cut) working part of the knife is satinised.The unique spike on which the blade operates has a decorative blue collar which contrasts perfectly with the grey-steel colour of the knife.Convenient useThe blade is unfolded with one hand, milled along the blade, a convenient solution for both right and left-handed users.
