The EKA G3 knife was designed as an improvement on the earlier Swinglbade knife, which was very popular with hunters. Like the Swingblade, this knife has two blades. One blade is adapted for gutting or skinning animals, the other, a classic, versatile blade, is perfect for everyday use. Compared to its predecessor, the blade cut has been changed, making the knife more durable and resistant to damage.The knife blade is made of Sandvik 12C27 steel and uses the proven back lock . The ergonomics of the knife have been effectively improved by the textured rubber on the handle and the thumb cut-out, which allows the knife to grip firmly in the hand.
