The result was a lighter and smaller collimator with triple magnification, using HD optics and an AR-BDC MOA reticle , taking into account the ballistics of 5.56 ammunition.Changes compared to the Spitfire Prism I gen I scope: target setting range increased to 250 MOA (vertical and horizontal), lower sight weight and size, AR-BDC4 reticle calibrated for 5.56 ammunition.AR-BDC4 reticleThe BDC reticle allows the shooter to quickly change the range without having to make further improvements to the drums. The readable high contrast reticle allows accurate and fast shooting in different lighting conditions. The reticle provides a wide field of view of 10.5/100 m. It consists of a 1 MOA center dot, a 1.5 MOA incomplete ring and a vertical beam with 4 horizontal markers that allow for corrections between 300 and 600 yards. (274-548 m). The net is set with open structure drums. One click changes the position of the grid by 1 MOA. The total adjustment range is 250 MOA vertically and horizontally. The Spitfire HD Gen II viewfinder uses an adjustable focus eyepiece designed to get a sharply focused grid quickly and easily.The sight is powered by a CR2032 battery mounted on the side of the unit.
