Benchmade 535GRY-1 Bugout is the latest version of the popular everyday folder, valued for functionality, lightness and convenience of use. The design of the new Benchmade Bugout is indispensably associated with a tactical knife, thanks to the subdued colors of the facings and the blade. The knife uses a blade with a useful drop-point profile, made of CPM-S30V stainless steel, hardened to 58-60 HRC . The 82 mm long blade has an optimal size and functionality, perfect for everyday tasks. CPM-S30V powder steel is characterized by high hardness and resistance to damage, which ensures its optimal sharpness for a long time. The entire blade has been covered with a gray chromium nitride coating, which has a very high abrasion resistance, and additionally protects against corrosion and oxidation. The blade can be easily unfolded with one hand, thanks to the use of a double-sided pin (made of anodized aluminum), thus enabling comfortable operation of the knife for right and left-handed people. The blade lock is of course Axis-lock, the flagship mechanism of the Benchmade brand , valued for its great resistance to loads, insensitivity to dirt and ease of use. Thanks to the use of Grivory plastic linings , the construction of the knife is extremely light. The knife weighs only 52.5 g and carrying it in the pocket, we almost forget about it.
