Premium grade steel The drop-point blade with a length of 81 mm is made of premium CPM-S30V steel, hardened to a hardness of 58-60 HRC . American powder steel is particularly valued for its corrosion resistance, wear resistance (high impact strength) and long retention of working sharpness . When choosing a knife made of such steel, it is worth getting a diamond sharpener, because sharpening using a standard ceramic whetstone can be very laborious and ineffective. Utility drop-point blade Perfectly sharp cutting edge, strong point and hollow grind provide aggressive cutting and good penetration .
