The Kershaw Secret Agent 4007 is a lightweight tactical dagger knife designed to be carried on gear or in shoes.Proven steelThe 112 mm long blade is made from the popular 8Cr13MoV steel, hardened to 57-59 HRC. This Chinese steel has good corrosion resistance and hardenability comparable to AUS6.The corrosion resistance, good sharpness and easy sharpening of the 8Cr13MoV steel blade make it perfect for everyday use, which is sufficient for a normal butt knife.Tactical bladeThe blade's slim profile makes it a classic dagger with a single-sided cutting edge. Thanks to the strong point, concave cut and almost straight cutting edge, the knife has high penetration and cuts just as well.The blade is entirely covered with a black oxide coating, which partially protects the blade from scratches and gives it a tactical appearance.Comfortable handleThe handle of the knife is made of tough nylon, reinforced with glass fibre and coated with rubber to increase grip. The handle is contoured and flares out at the base of the blade, creating a natural cross guard that prevents the hand from slipping on the blade and provides a support point for the fingers.There is a hook on the back for attaching rope or cord.Polymer sheathThe kit includes a solid polymer sheath , which is injection moulded. The sheath design is called interference.
