Thanks to this new type of steel, the cutting edge retains its high sharpness for a long time, while being very easy to sharpen. However, due to the specificity of CPM S35VN, we recommend using diamond sharpeners for sharpening. The usability of the knife is emphasised by the full flat cutting, which is a compromise between the blade's strength and its high cutting properties. The blade has a matte stone wash finish.Ball bearings and a double-sided pin , convenient for right or left hand , are responsible for a smooth and very dynamic unrolling of the blade. After opening , the blade can be securely locked by a monolithic frame lock , which has a steel reinforcing insert.
