Due to the high purity of the alloy, 14C28N steel is characterised by high hardness, corrosion resistance and, importantly for the user, long life.The slender blade with a serrated profile has an effective antiqued BlackWash coating (black oxidation), which effectively covers minor scratches or abrasions on the blade during use.Thanks to the concave cut and the well-rounded belly cutting edge, the knife has excellent cutting properties and the blade does not stick to the material.
