The tool should be inserted into the anus holding the handle. Depending on the size of the carcass for smaller animals, 2/3 of the length of the roe deer, medium wild boar or almost complete deer. Turn either a full two turns until you feel moderate resistance. Then another half a turn (membrane tearing) and slowly pull out the anus for about 10-15 cm. If we extend more than 25 cm, the intestine may break. Cut the gut. To clean the carcass, tie the coenic intestines with a piece of string.
