The Ruike Hussar M121-TZ is an upgraded version of the utility knife with CPM-S35VN steel blade, bearings, double lock and lightweight titanium sheath.The Ruike Hussar M121-TZ is a knife from the new Premium series, in which the manufacturer uses the highest quality materials.The blade is 92 mm, made of CPM-S35VN carbon steel. This type of stainless steel is characterised by high toughness (58-60 HRC hardness), resistance to wear and corrosion and long working life.Unlike its predecessor (CPM-S30V), CPM-S35VN is much easier to sharpen due to the addition of finer grains and niobium. However, due to the steel characteristics of the CPM-S35VN, the use of diamond steel stones is recommended for sharpening.The slim blade with slightly raised tip is a flat-cut and gently curved blade that provides very good cutting properties.The blade can be quickly opened with one hand, thanks to the use of special carbon steel flipper and ball bearings with high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue strength. There are two locks, a monolithic frame lock and an additional Beta Plus mechanism to protect the blade from accidental folding and prevent excessive deflection of the frame lock.
