The blade is made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel, which is characterised by high corrosion resistance, long sharpness and hardness thanks to the addition of nitrogen.The 14C28N steel is hardened in the range 58-60 HRC , which is an excellent compromise between toughness and ease of sharpening.Opening the Ruike P801-SB knife is pure pleasure. Thanks to the use of steel ball bearings, flipper and double-sided pins, you will enjoy using your knives every day.
