The Ruike P127-B is a minimalist EDC tool with a ball bearing 14C28N steel tanto blade, double lock and emergency glass breaker.The knife has a 91 mm long blade made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel, which is characterised by high hardness, corrosion resistance and - important for the user - long working life due to the high purity of the alloy. .Ruike hardens the steel using the cryogenic method to an optimum working hardness of 58-60 HRC. The slender blade has a tanto profile and is characterised by a flat, straight, smooth, aggressive cut.The blade can be quickly opened with one hand thanks to a special high carbon chrome steel mart flipper and ball bearings, which are characterised by high hardness, wear resistance and high working life.This ensures a very smooth, light blade action and great comfort during use. When extended, the blade is locked by two locks: the internal lock and an additional thumb stop mechanism that acts as a safety for the main lock.The light weight of the knife (120 g) is due to the durable G10 laminate sheathing, which is resistant to mechanical damage, abrasion and weather conditions.
