CPM-S20V is an American "super steel" whose parameters correspond to the elite stainless steel Bohler M390. Thanks to the high content of chromium and a large amount of vanadium carbides, the steel is characterized by exceptionally good resistance to corrosion and wear, and very long retention of sharpness . When choosing a knife made of such steel, it is worth getting a diamond sharpener, because sharpening using a standard ceramic whetstone can be very laborious and ineffective. The slender blade with a drop-point profile has a double finish: satin on the cut and stonewashed in the upper part.
